It grew out of the desire of our country's first president to establish a national institution of higher learning. Founded in 1824, The George Washington University Medical Center is an internationally recognized, interdisciplinary academic health care center comprising the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Public Health and Health Services, GW Hospital, and GW Medical Faculty Associates, Inc.
This dynamic new program enables EMTs to complete all upper-level courses online with The George Washington University after completing their general education and elective courses using The College Network's Comprehensive Learning Modules.
