The College Network Establishes Alliance with AMN Healthcare
Indianapolis, Ind. - The College Network is pleased to announce that it has formed an educational alliance with AMN Healthcare Inc., the nation's largest provider of travel nurse staffing services.
The College Network will provide AMN Healthcare's travel nurses with its comprehensive study guide programs. The study guides will assist registered nurses in preparing for the completion of their bachelor of science in nursing degree. With the use of The College Network's study guides, nurses can test out of their general education courses by taking end-of-course proficiency exams offered by CLEP, Excelsior College, and DANTES.
The College Network also provides academic support, a guarantee of successful completion, and offers financing for the study guide materials. The College Network's program advisors will work with AMN Healthcare's travel nurses to ensure they take the right courses for their educational goals.
Gary Eyler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The College Network, said "AMN Healthcare is providing a much-needed educational opportunity to its travel nurses through the use of our comprehensive group of study materials. Nurses will be able to study at their own pace and at their own place as they work towards fulfilling their BSN degree."
Kim Windsor, Vice President of Clinical Services for AMN Healthcare, said, "Our alliance with The College Network fits into our business model perfectly. Our travel nurses are always on the go and now they will be able to further their education wherever and whenever they choose, regardless of their assignment."
